In the following cases, the use of hydraulic supercharger is more suitable than direct use of ultra-high pressure pumping station:
1. When there are engineering vehicles and other hydraulic equipment on the site, directly connect the hydraulic oil of the engineering vehicle, install the supercharger on the engineering vehicle, or connect the pipeline, so that there is no need to carry a large ultra-high pressure pumping station, convenient and fast.
2. when the flow needs to be particularly large, or when the pressure is particularly high, the flow pressure of the ultra-high pressure pump can not be reached, and the hydraulic booster can only be used.
3. the need for high and low pressure system can be used at the same time, with hydraulic supercharger, low pressure system can reach 20MPa, high pressure system can be connected to a variety of proportional supercharger, output different pressures, so as to achieve different pressure pumping station.
4. variable ultra-high pressure pumping station, ordinary ultra-high pressure pumping station flow generally can not be adjusted, and the ultra-high pressure pumping station composed of low pressure variable pump and hydraulic booster can directly adjust the low pressure variable pump, so that the ultra-high pressure output is also variable.
