The compression speed of the in-die cutting equipment is affected by the following factors:
Pressurization mode, input flow of low pressure system, model size of micro die cutting cylinder, compression of high pressure area. Among them:
1. The pressurization method is hydraulic pressurization, which is faster than pneumatic pressurization.
2. When the input flow of the low pressure system increases, the power of the entire system will increase, and the size of the booster cylinder will also increase, which is not suitable for change.
3. The micro die cutting cylinder is determined by the mold and is not suitable for replacement.
4. The compression of high pressure area is mainly determined by the size and deformation of the hose in the high pressure area. This can be optimized.
Optimization method 1: Reduce the diameter of the high-pressure hose, thereby reducing the total volume of pressure oil in the high-pressure area and the compression amount of hydraulic oil.
Optimization method 2: Replace the hose with a hard tube, thereby reducing the deformation of the hose itself.
Optimization method 3: Directly reduce the length of the high pressure zone, consider placing the booster cylinder directly next to the mold, so that the high pressure oil output directly reaches the micro die cutting cylinder, reducing pipeline loss and compression.
